His eyes snap back to Felix when asked about his researches, sharp and searching, then dissolving into weary uncertainty. He knows what he's talked to Felix about, remembers the conversation with Jim, and that vague question could be referring to either of those things. Loki has just had his fingers in everything of late. "Right, which project are you referring to? The one where I'm trying to prevent the end of the world, or one of the other ones that involve dire threats to the people I hold dear?"
It's a dry statement, almost humorous, but the look on his face isn't exactly droll. "Either way, it's not exactly small talk; are you sure you want an honest answer?"
